Abstract

This study aims to analyze the acceptance of a QR code-based digital ordering system and its effect on consumer satisfaction, using Sop Durian Margando Depok as a case study. The study adopts the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which posits that technology acceptance is influenced by perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. This research employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires. The respondents consisted of 80 Sop Durian Margando consumers who had previously used the QR code-based ordering system. The sampling technique employed was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using SmartPLS (Smart Partial Least Squares). The results indicate that the QR code-based digital ordering system has a significant and positive effect on consumer satisfaction, with an R-squared value of 0.564. The p-values of 0.033 for perceived ease of use (PEOU) and 0.010 for perceived usefulness (PU) indicate that both hypotheses are statistically supported. The findings provide empirical evidence that perceived ease of use (Perceived Ease of Use/PEOU) and perceived usefulness (Perceived Usefulness/PU) of the QR code-based ordering system have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction in culinary MSMEs.
