This research aims to determine the empirical effect of work discipline on employee performance at CV Avicom Multimedia Tanjungpinang. Sampling was taken using a total population saturated sampling technique with a total of 15 respondents. This research employs a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis techniques processed using SPSS version 26. The data collection method utilized structures five-point Likert scale questionnaires. The validity test shows that all 15 statement items are valid, while the reliability analysis yields a coefficient above 0.80. Classical assumption checks confirm that residuals are normally distributed and free from heteroscedasticity. The results of the simple linear regression analysis show that the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R-square) is 0.543 or 54.3%. Furthermore, the partial t-test indicates that the result is 4.200, which is significantly higher than the value of 2.160 with an empirical significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Thus, it can be systematically concluded that work discipline exerts a positive and highly significant influence on employee performance.
