Material arrangement in a warehouse affects the efficiency of material picking and loading processes. PT S, as a stainless steel material distributor, has arranged materials based on product type and specifications; however, the existing layout has not considered association patterns among materials frequently loaded together. This study aims to propose a warehouse rearrangement based on material loading association patterns using the Apriori algorithm. The data consist of more than 500 stainless steel plate loading transactions during June 2025. Data processing was conducted using RStudio with the arules and arulesViz packages to generate frequent itemsets and association rules based on support, confidence, and lift values. The results show several material combinations with strong associations; therefore, frequently co-loaded materials are recommended to be placed closer together. The evaluation shows that the average movement distance decreased from 14.52 m to 12.34 m, achieving approximately 15% efficiency.
