<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the strategic role of production management in achieving the finish good target through the application of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) method. A quantitative approach was used by collecting data from 120 respondents consisting of production managers, logistics staff, and operators in an automotive manufacturing company. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale, which measured the variables of production planning, inventory control, inter-departmental coordination, and production target achievement. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of each variable on the achievement of the finish good. The results showed that production planning had a significant effect on target achievement with a coefficient value of β = 0.42 (p < 0.01), inventory control had a positive effect with β = 0.35 (p < 0.05), while interdepartmental coordination provided the largest contribution with β = 0.48 (p < 0.01). Simultaneously, the integration of production management and SCM was able to explain 67% of the variation in the achievement of the finish good target. These findings confirm that consistent implementation of SCM can increase efficiency, reduce delays in raw materials, and strengthen the company's competitiveness.]]>
