This study aims to analyze the effects of compensation, employment insurance, and old-age security on employee job satisfaction at PT SSS Singkuang Muara Batang Gadis. The study employed a quantitative approach involving 72 employees as respondents, selected using a saturated sampling technique (total sampling). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaire distribution and subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Prior to hypothesis testing, the data were subjected to validity and reliability tests as well as classical assumption tests to ensure the appropriateness of the research model. The results indicate that compensation, employment insurance, and old-age security each have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, the three variables simultaneously exert a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. These findings suggest that improving the compensation system, optimizing employee protection through employment insurance, and implementing an effective old-age security program can contribute to higher levels of employee job satisfaction. This study provides practical implications for the company in formulating human resource management policies oriented toward enhancing employee welfare and job satisfaction.
