This research analyzes the characteristics of corporate organizational forms based on their business entity types. A corporate organization is a governance structure that determines how tasks, authority, and responsibilities are distributed to achieve business goals. This study aims to analyze various forms of corporate organizations commonly applied in the business world, namely Sole Proprietorships, Partnerships (Firma/Fa), Limited Partnerships (Persekutuan Komanditer/CV), Limited Liability Companies (Perseroan Terbatas/PT), and Cooperatives. Each organizational form possesses distinct legal characteristics, capital structures, and levels of legal liability. A sole proprietorship offers high flexibility but carries unlimited personal risk. Choosing the right organizational form is highly crucial for business actors as it affects access to funding, profit sharing, risk management, and future business sustainability. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, this article dissects the advantages and disadvantages of each organizational form. The results of the analysis indicate that the decision to determine a company's form must be adjusted to the industrial scale, available capital, and the long-term strategic vision of the founders. In conclusion, a comprehensive understanding of corporate organizational structures serves as the primary foundation for minimizing legal risks and optimizing business operational efficiency.
