<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of soft skills and hard skills on work readiness with internship experience as a moderating variable among final-year students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Kristen Indonesia Toraja. This research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 72 students who had completed internship programs. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that soft skills had a positive and significant effect on work readiness (t = 4.170; p < 0.05), and hard skills also had a positive and significant effect (t = 3.800; p < 0.05). Internship experience significantly moderated the effect of soft skills (t = 2.488; p = 0.015) and hard skills (t = 2.333; p = 0.022) on work readiness. Simultaneously, all variables significantly influenced work readiness (F = 18.452; p < 0.001). The R² value of 0.582 indicates that 58.2% of work readiness variation is explained by the research variables. These findings highlight the importance of integrating soft skills, hard skills, and internship programs to improve students' readiness for the professional world.]]>
