<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of the effectiveness of information technology system utilization on employee performance at Alfamidi Super Rantepao. The development of information technology in the digital era has changed work and business processes, making technology an important component in supporting organizational management and operations. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 31 employees through a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that the effectiveness of information technology system utilization has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient of 0.740, a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), and a t-value of 5.880 > t-table 1.699. The R² value of 0.544 indicates that information technology system effectiveness explains 54.4% of employee performance variation, while 45.6% is influenced by other factors. These findings indicate that systems with ease of use, speed, accuracy, and functional suitability can improve employee performance quality, quantity, timeliness, and efficiency. Thus, information technology systems play a strategic role in enhancing productivity and operational effectiveness in the retail sector.]]>
