This study aims to determine how the machine maintenance system is carried out at PT WOW and to analyze the maintenance of the topping packing production machine. The research was conducted using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) methods, supported by the calculation of Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). The results showed that there were six component failures with a total RPN of 645. The average RPN of each component was as follows: bearing 405, heater 128, switch foil jam 36, sensor vibrator 32, control panel 24, and per tarik 20. The highest RPN was obtained in the bearing at 405, while the lowest was in the per tarik at 20. Based on the Logic Tree Analysis, all components fall into category B, so the recommended maintenance strategy is Condition Directed maintenance. Based on the comparative analysis, the proposed improvement using the RCM design was able to reduce the average downtime by 46%, with an MTBF of 54.60 hours and an MTTR of 6 hours, and increase the average production achievement from 86.69% to 93.14%. These findings imply that condition-based scheduled maintenance can improve machine reliability and production productivity. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem perawatan mesin yang dilakukan di PT WOW serta menganalisis pemeliharaan mesin produksi packing topping. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) yang didukung dengan perhitungan Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) dan Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam kegagalan komponen dengan total RPN sebesar 645. RPN rata-rata setiap komponen yaitu bearing 405, heater 128, switch foil jam 36, sensor vibrator 32, control panel 24, dan per tarik 20. RPN tertinggi terdapat pada bearing sebesar 405 dan yang terendah pada per tarik sebesar 20. Berdasarkan Logic Tree Analysis, seluruh komponen termasuk kategori B sehingga strategi pemeliharaan yang direkomendasikan adalah Condition Directed maintenance. Berdasarkan analisis perbandingan, usulan perbaikan dengan perancangan RCM mampu menurunkan rata-rata downtime sebesar 46% dengan MTBF 54,60 jam dan MTTR 6 jam, serta meningkatkan rata-rata pencapaian produksi dari 86,69% menjadi 93,14%. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan bahwa pemeliharaan terjadwal berbasis kondisi dapat meningkatkan keandalan mesin dan produktivitas produksi.
