<![CDATA[Abstract - The objective of this study is to determine the influence of recruitment and training—both individually and simultaneously—on employee job satisfaction at PT Sinar Surya Sehati, West Jakarta. This study employs a quantitative associative research method. The population consists of all 65 employees of PT Sinar Surya Sehati in West Jakarta; a saturated sampling technique was used, meaning the entire population served as the sample, resulting in a total of 65 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS software. The results indicate that recruitment has a partial effect on employee job satisfaction; this is evidenced by the hypothesis test result showing t-count > t-table (9.386 > 1.669) and a p-value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), with a regression equation of Y = 9.752 + 0.706X1, a correlation coefficient of 0.764, and an Adjusted R-Square value of 0.576 (57.6%). Training also has a partial effect on employee job satisfaction, evidenced by a hypothesis test result showing t-count > t-table (6.950 > 1.669) and a p-value < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), with a simple linear regression equation of Y = 17.392 + 0.792X2, a correlation coefficient of 0.659, and a coefficient of determination of 0.425 (42.5%). Simultaneously, recruitment and training influence employee job satisfaction; hypothesis testing yielded a calculated F-value greater than the F-table value (44.053 > 3.15), supported by a p-value less than the significance level of 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). The multiple linear regression equation is Y = 9.035 + 0.6249X1 + 0.130X2, with a correlation coefficient of 0.766 and a coefficient of determination of 0.574 (or 57.4%).]]>
