This study aims to analyze the influence of inflation, exchange rate, and profit-sharing rate on Mudharabah deposits at Bank Muamalat Indonesia during the 2017–2024 period. Macroeconomic variables such as inflation and exchange rate potentially affect investment preferences, while profit-sharing, as an internal factor, plays a key role in mobilizing third-party funds within Islamic banking. This research employs a quantitative associative approach using secondary data derived from quarterly financial reports of Bank Muamalat Indonesia and relevant macroeconomic indicators. Multiple linear regression analysis is applied to examine the relationships among variables. The results indicate that inflation has no significant effect on Mudharabah deposits. The exchange rate shows a negative and significant effect, while profit-sharing has a positive and significant effect. Simultaneously, all variables exert a significant influence with a coefficient of determination of 58.8%, leaving 41.2% explained by other factors outside this study. These findings highlight that profit-sharing is the dominant factor driving Mudharabah deposit growth, whereas certain macroeconomic conditions may reduce the attractiveness of Islamic investment instruments.
