Local micro, small, and medium enterprises often face limited digital payment use, manual transaction records, and uneven operational efficiency. This community service program aimed to improve the initial digital capacity of Pondok Bali Souvenir through a QRIS workshop and operational efficiency optimization. The program involved 10 participants consisting of the owner and employees who handled sales, customer service, and transaction recording. The method combined education, digital payment simulation, transaction-security discussion, action-plan development, and evaluation using a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The instruments measured six indicators related to digital transformation, Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard, mobile banking, payment gateway, operational efficiency, and action-plan preparation. The average score increased from 58.4 to 86.7, showing a 48.5% improvement. The workshop also produced practical implementation plans, indicating stronger readiness to adopt digital payment gradually.
