Background: Cervical cancer screening coverage in Indonesia remains low, partly due to limited public knowledge regarding early detection. Objective: To increase the knowledge of Kampa District PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) team members regarding cervical cancer screening through education using QR Code-based leaflets integrated with educational videos. Methods: The activity was conducted on July 27, 2026, at the Kampa District PKK Hall, Kampar Regency, involving 50 women aged 30–50 years. Evaluation employed a one-group pretest-posttest design comprising a pretest, material presentation, interactive discussion, and a posttest. Changes in knowledge scores were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test. Results: The mean knowledge score increased from 7.44 ± 1.618 at the pretest to 10.40 ± 1.678 at the posttest. The proportion of participants in the "good knowledge" category rose from 3 (6.0%) to 38 (76.0%), while the "poor knowledge" category decreased from 14 (28.0%) to 1 (2.0%). The Wilcoxon test indicated a significant difference in knowledge scores before and after the education (Z = ?6.182; p < 0.001). Conclusion: The educational intervention led to an increase in participants' knowledge regarding cervical cancer screening. These results reflect knowledge changes immediately following the education and do not yet demonstrate changes in screening behavior. The QR Code-based leaflet served as a supporting medium, linking written information with short videos to reinforce the message regarding the importance of screening.
