<![CDATA[Organizations are increasingly challenged by continuous environmental changes, making strategic agility an essential capability for sustaining organizational performance. Employee education and training programs often fail to achieve their intended objectives due to ineffective implementation and inappropriate training methods, resulting in inefficient use of organizational resources. Previous studies, including those by Diego and Almodófar, have identified strategic agility as a research topic that remains highly relevant. This study aims to examine: (1) the effect of strategic agility on employee education and training, and (2) the moderating role of Locus of Control in the relationship between strategic agility and employee education and training at PDAM Way Rilau, Lampung Province. A quantitative research design was employed. The population consisted of all employees of PDAM Way Rilau, Bandar Lampung. A sample of 72 respondents was selected using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews and analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The results indicate that strategic agility has a positive and significant effect on employee education and training. Furthermore, Locus of Control significantly moderates and strengthens the relationship between strategic agility and employee education and training at PDAM Way Rilau, Bandar Lampung.]]>
