This study aims to examine the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) at SD Lab Undiksha and identify the factors supporting and hindering its implementation in improving school quality. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach using observation and semi-structured interviews with the principal as the main informant. Data were analyzed descriptively to provide an overview of SBM implementation. The findings indicate that SBM has been implemented effectively, achieving approximately 90% of the expected indicators. However, challenges remain, including curriculum changes, teacher discipline, and school resource management. To address these issues, the school enforces clear regulations, strengthens a culture of discipline, and implements innovative programs such as open class to enhance teacher creativity and improve the learning environment. SD Lab Undiksha is also recognized for its effective administration and strong parental support. The study concludes that successful SBM implementation depends on effective leadership, adaptability, stakeholder participation, and continuous collaboration among all members of the school community.
