Visual communication media play an important role as a means of promotion and information delivery for Islamic financial institutions. KSPPS Berkah Mitra Hasanah, an Islamic cooperative that provides gold financing services, still faces limitations in promotional media that are communicative, informative, and capable of attracting public attention. This issue has resulted in information regarding the benefits and mechanisms of Islamic gold financing not being conveyed optimally to the target audience. This study aims to design visual communication media as a promotional and informational tool for KSPPS Berkah Mitra Hasanah using the Design Thinking method. The method consists of five stages: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The design process was carried out through observation, identification of audience needs, development of visual concepts, creation of promotional poster prototypes, and testing of media effectiveness. The results show that the application of the Design Thinking method successfully produced a poster design that is more communicative, attractive, and consistent with the visual identity of an Islamic cooperative. The use of green, gold, and white colors, readable typography, humanistic illustrations, and a structured layout was found to enhance visual appeal, information clarity, and the image of KSPPS Berkah Mitra Hasanah as a professional and trustworthy Islamic financial institution.
