<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of accountability, transparency in village fund management, and community participation on community welfare in Kaliwungu Village, Kaliwungu Subdistrict, Semarang Regency. Using a quantitative approach with a comparative causal metho. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that: (1) Accountability had a positive and significant effect on community welfare with a regression coefficient of 0.649 and significance of 0.001; (2) Transparency in village fund management had a positive and significant effect with a coefficient of 0.285 and significance of 0.000; (3) Community participation has a positive and significant effect with a coefficient of 0.253 and significance of 0.000. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant effect on community welfare with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.933 or 93.3%. These findings indicate that improving accountability, transparency, and community participation in village fund management are key factors in promoting community welfare.]]>
