<![CDATA[This study intends to investigate the effects of the internal control system, good governance and public perception on the managerial performance at the Bandung Regency General Election of Commission. A quantitative method with a descriptive and verificative approach is the research methodology employed. Using the Slovin formula and the non-probability sampling technique, one-hundred individuals from the Bandung regency were chosen as samples for this study. Descriptive statistics use reliability and validity tests. In statistical testing for verification, multiple linear regression, determination coefficients, product moment correlation coefficients, and traditional assumptions are employed. A number of data analysis methods are used, including partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing (f and t tests). The SPSS software, version 26.0, is used for data processing. According to data from a partial study, the Internal Control System, Good Governance and the Public Perception have a bearing on the Managerial Performance. The Internal Control System, Good Governance, and the Public Perception, on the other hand, have an effect on the Managerial Performance, according to concurrent research findings.]]>
