<![CDATA[Hypertension is a health problem with increasing prevalence among the elderly in Indonesia, including in Sukoharjo Regency. This outreach program aimed to increase the knowledge and awareness of hypertension among the elderly through educational posters at the Jatimalang Elderly Community Health Post (Posyandu Lansia Jatimalang) in Joho Village, Mojolaban. The method used was a combination of interactive lectures and hypertension exercises, supported by the visual media "PATUH" posters to facilitate understanding of the educational material. Forty elderly participants participated in a series of activities, including exercises, outreach, and a question-and-answer session. Evaluation results showed an increase in participants' understanding of the risk factors, symptoms, and prevention efforts for hypertension. Posters proved effective in increasing information absorption and motivation among the elderly to adopt a healthy lifestyle. The main obstacles were limited time for the education and hearing impairments of some participants. It is recommended that this activity be expanded and accompanied by innovations in other, more interactive educational media to support sustainable hypertension prevention.]]>
