Purpose: This study examines the influence of Tri Hita Karana on employees’ work–life balance, focusing on its three dimensions: Parahyangan, Pawongan, and Palemahan. Research Method: A quantitative survey was conducted among employees working in various organizations in Bali. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) approach. Respondents were selected through purposive sampling based on predetermined criteria. Results and Discussion: The findings demonstrate that Parahyangan, Pawongan, and Palemahan each have a positive and significant effect on employees’ work–life balance. The results suggest that spiritual harmony, interpersonal relationships, and environmental balance, as embedded in Tri Hita Karana, collectively contribute to employees’ ability to manage work and personal responsibilities. Implications: Organizations can incorporate Tri Hita Karana values into organizational culture and employee well-being initiatives to foster a more harmonious and supportive work environment. Originality: This study extends work–life balance research by integrating Tri Hita Karana as an indigenous cultural framework, highlighting the relevance of Balinese local wisdom in explaining employee well-being and organizational practices.
