Schools are educational institutions that involve various components, including principals, teachers, students, educational staff, the learning environment, and the curriculum, all of which interact to support the achievement of educational goals. Teachers play a crucial role in determining the quality of education; therefore, teacher loyalty is an important factor in ensuring the sustainability and effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. This study aims to examine the effect of Work Motivation (X₁), Job Satisfaction (X₂), and Organizational Culture (X₃) on Teacher Loyalty (Y) at SMP Trimulia, South Jakarta. This study employed a quantitative research approach using a non-probability sampling technique with the saturated sampling method. The population consisted of 42 teachers, and since the population was relatively small, all members of the population were selected as the research sample, resulting in 42 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26, Microsoft Word 2021, and Microsoft Excel 2021. The findings indicate that Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Loyalty, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Loyalty, and Organizational Culture also has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Loyalty.
