<![CDATA[The acceleration of stunting and malnutrition reduction programs in Indonesia, as outlined in Presidential Regulation No. 72 of 2021, necessitates multisectoral collaboration, including the active participation of the Ministry of Religious Affairs through the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA). Traditionally, Marriage Guidance (BINWIN) for prospective couples has been conducted through face-to-face methods, which often encounter obstacles such as low attendance, varied comprehension of reproductive health topics, and a lack of an integrated monitoring system within the Ministry. This research aims to address these challenges by developing a web-based BINWIN e-learning information system utilizing the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The system is designed to streamline the management of schedules, digital attendance tracking, distribution of family health education materials, online graduation assessments, and monitoring of iron supplementation for prospective brides and grooms. Black Box testing revealed that the system operates effectively, achieving a 100% success rate in integrating the three primary stakeholders: prospective couples, KUA administrators, and Ministry of Religious Affairs officers. The novelty of this study lies in leveraging premarital cognitive assessment outcomes as baseline data to predict the risk of delivering malnourished children. By doing so, the system offers a strategic upstream intervention model that not only supports the government’s efforts in stunting prevention but also enhances the quality and consistency of premarital education. This approach has the potential to significantly contribute to reducing the prevalence of stunting and malnutrition across Indonesia by strengthening early prevention and intervention efforts at the community level.]]>
