<![CDATA[Increasingly intense labor market competition requires university graduates to possess not only academic qualifications but also interpersonal skills and confidence in their own abilities. Employment conditions among higher education graduates in Indonesia and Bali indicate that readiness to enter the workforce remains a significant concern. This issue is particularly relevant to the Bachelor of Management Program at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha), where the graduate employment absorption rate declined substantially from 55.3% in 2024 to 9.6% in 2025. This study aims to examine the effects of interpersonal skills and self-efficacy on the work readiness of undergraduate Management students at Undiksha. A quantitative approach with a causal research design was employed. Data were collected from 176 eighth-semester students selected through simple random sampling and analyzed using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS Statistics 26. The results indicate that interpersonal skills and self-efficacy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on students’ work readiness, with the two variables jointly explaining a substantial proportion of the variance in work readiness. Individually, both interpersonal skills and self-efficacy have positive and significant effects on work readiness, with self-efficacy demonstrating the stronger influence. These findings confirm that students’ work readiness is shaped not only by academic competence but also by their interpersonal capabilities and confidence in their own abilities. Therefore, higher education institutions should systematically integrate the development of self-efficacy and interpersonal skills into academic and career development programs to strengthen students’ work readiness and enhance graduate employability.]]>
