Low financial literacy among coastal communities, particularly fishermen's housewives, is one of the key factors undermining household economic resilience. This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of fishermen's housewives in Bulang Lintang Village, Bulang District, Batam City in the area of family financial management. The method applied was a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design involving 21 participants. Activities were carried out through sequential stages of socialization, participatory education, hands-on financial recording practice, and evaluation using pre-test and post-test instruments. The effectiveness of the intervention was measured using normalized gain score (N-gain) analysis. Results showed that the average pre-test score of 56.62 increased to 96.86 in the post-test, yielding an N-gain score of 0.70, which falls in the high category. These findings demonstrate that a training approach combining education, interactive discussion, and direct practice is effective in improving financial literacy capacity among fishermen's housewives in coastal areas.
