Low nutrition literacy among elementary school students contributes to the habit of choosing unhealthy snacks, making it necessary to adopt a more engaging and effective educational approach. This community service project aims to improve nutrition literacy and promote healthy snack-choosing behaviors through an Edutainment Learning approach among 90 fourth- and fifth-grade students at SD Muhammadiyah 18 in Surabaya. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR), consisting of the stages of preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting. Education was delivered through interactive workshops, educational games, quizzes, animated videos, discussions, and simulations of healthy snack selection. The results showed an increase in the average knowledge score from 62.4 to 84.7, as well as an increase in learning achievement from 34.4% to 86.7%. Students also demonstrated a more positive attitude toward choosing healthy foods. This program proves that Edutainment Learning is effective in improving nutrition literacy and is suitable for sustainable implementation as a health education model in elementary schools.
