<![CDATA[In the face of a dynamic and uncertain environment, organizations are required to possess the capability to manage risk systematically and sustainably. This study aims to examine the concepts, components, processes, benefits, and challenges associated with implementing risk management systems. A literature review method was employed, analyzing various scholarly sources such as journals, academic books, and international standards related to risk management. Data were analyzed descriptively to gain a comprehensive understanding. The findings indicate that a risk management system is an integrated framework encompassing policies, processes, organizational structures, information systems, and risk culture. The risk management process involves continuous identification, analysis, evaluation, control, and monitoring. Implementing such a system offers numerous benefits, including improved decision-making quality, reduced potential losses, and strengthened organizational resilience. However, implementation faces various challenges, such as resource limitations, a lack of understanding, and an unsupportive organizational culture. Therefore, leadership commitment, human resource capacity building, and the strengthening of systems and technology are essential for the effective and optimal implementation of risk management.]]>
