<![CDATA[Conflict is an inevitable phenomenon in social life, including within Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) inhabited by students with diverse character, cultural, and personal backgrounds. If not managed appropriately, conflict has the potential to disrupt social harmony and hinder the achievement of educational goals. This study aims to analyze the forms of conflict that occur, identify the factors that cause conflict, and describe the conflict risk mitigation strategies implemented at Pondok Pesantren Putri Al-Maimunah. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with key informants and field observation. The findings show that the most dominant conflicts are those occurring among students (antarsantri) and among administrators (antarpengurus). The factors causing conflict include the low application of noble moral values (akhlakul karimah), differences in character, miscommunication, differing views in carrying out duties, and weak coordination among administrators. To minimize the risk of conflict, the pesantren has implemented various strategies, namely moral guidance, persuasive and family-based approaches, mediation, strengthening coordination and communication, and periodic monitoring and evaluation. These strategies are considered capable of reducing the potential for conflict and creating a more harmonious pesantren environment. This study emphasizes that preventive conflict management through the strengthening of religious values and organizational communication is an important factor in maintaining the stability of pesantren life.]]>
