<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze and understand how spiritual values function as capital in fostering Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among a cleaning service worker at BRI Unit Bengkayang. The study was motivated by the voluntary work behavior demonstrated by the cleaning service worker through a willingness to assist with tasks beyond formal job responsibilities, maintain positive relationships with colleagues, and support the smooth operation of organizational services. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The study involved five participants, consisting of one cleaning service worker as the main subject and four supporting informants, namely two customer service employees, one supervisor, and one security officer. Data analysis was conducted through transcription, data reduction, coding, data presentation, verification and interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that spiritual values play an important role in shaping OCB. The spiritual values identified include perseverance in prayer, gratitude, responsibility, humility, independence, sensitivity, diligence, sincerity, compassion, and honesty. These values serve as internal capital that encourages voluntary behaviors, such as assisting colleagues without being asked, helping customers, completing tasks responsibly, performing duties beyond formal job descriptions, and maintaining a harmonious work environment. In addition, the meaning attached to work, family motivation, and a positive work environment further strengthen OCB and the subject's mental resilience in dealing with work demands. This study demonstrates that spiritual values not only contribute to the development of individual work behavior but also function as capital that supports the creation of a harmonious, supportive, and mutually cooperative work environment, thereby contributing to organizational effectiveness.]]>
