<![CDATA[The decline in employee performance at PT. Solo Beton Sragen from 95% in 2023 to 82% in 2024 indicates that human resource management within the company has not been optimal. This study aims to analyze the influence of extrinsic motivation, personality, and communication on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires distributed to 39 employees using a saturated sampling technique. The study employed a quantitative descriptive approach with multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS 25, including instrument feasibility testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test), and the coefficient of determination test. The results show that extrinsic motivation and communication partially have no significant effect on employee performance, while personality has a significant effect and is the most dominant variable. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect employee performance, contributing 86.1%. These findings confirm that strengthening employees' personality traits should be a company priority in sustainably improving performance.]]>
