Waste transportation is still largely performed manually, making the process less effective, especially in narrow and hard-to-reach areas. Previous studies generally employed 4-Degree of Freedom (4-DOF) robotic arms based on the Arduino Uno, which have limitations in movement flexibility and wireless communication capabilities. This study aims to design and develop a miniature smart car transporter based on the ESP32 Max integrated with a 5-DOF robotic arm. The research method includes system design, hardware assembly, programming, system integration, and performance testing. The test results show that the system is capable of picking up, lifting, and transporting waste replicas weighing up to 100 grams and can operate for approximately 40 minutes on a single battery charge. The developed system performs well as a robotics-based waste transportation simulation platform.
