<![CDATA[Intracerebral hemorrhage, a subtype of stroke, is a very serious condition in which a hematoma forms within the brain parenchyma with or without blood expanding into the ventricles. Non-traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage accounts for 10-15% of all strokes and is associated with high morbidity and mortality.1 A 37-year-old woman came to the emergency room of Dr. Haryoto Lumajang on September 8, 2025 at 20.24 with complaints of decreased consciousness since 2 hours ago with weakness of the right limbs when the patient was in the bathroom and then fell to the floor, CT scan results showed ICH, treatment was given Nacl 0.9% infusion 1000cc / 24 hours, syringe pump nicardipine 11.25cc / hour, ranitidine injection 2x1, citicoline 2x500mcg, mecobalamin 1x500mg, mannitol loading 200cc followed by mannitol maintenance 6x100cc tapering off daily, nootropic drugs, neuroprotectants, and antihypertensives as well as rehabilitation and physiotherapy.
