Background: Bullying cases among adolescents in schools remain high and have negative impacts on physical and psychological health. Lack of knowledge among adolescents is one of the contributing factors, making educational interventions essential for prevention. Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test without control group. A total of 134 respondents were selected using accidental sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Kendall’s tau_b. Results: The mean knowledge score increased from 42.84 before intervention to 46.02 after intervention. Statistical analysis showed p = 0.000, indicating a significant effect of educational intervention. Conclusion: Bullying prevention education significantly improves adolescents' knowledge and can be an effective strategy for preventing bullying in schools.
