<![CDATA[Menopause is a physiological phase characterized by a decline inestrogenlevels and the emergence of various symptoms that affect women’s quality of life. In addition to hormonal factors,hemoglobin(Hb) levels are suspected to influence the severity of menopausal symptoms.Purpose of the studytoanalyzehemoglobinlevels as a predictor of menopausal symptom severity based on the Menopause Rating Scale (MRS). This study used an observational analytic design with a cross-sectional approach involving 67 menopausal women aged 45–60 years in Pasir Lor Village,Banyumas. Data were collected through Hb measurement and MRS questionnaires. Data analysis included correlation tests and linear regression. The results showed a mean Hb level of 13.18 ± 1.17 g/dL and an MRS score of 17.03 ± 8.59. There was a significant negative correlation between Hb and MRS scores (rs= -0.355; p = 0.003). However, linear regression analysis indicated that Hb was not a significant predictor of menopausal symptom severity (p = 0.141; R² = 0.033). In conclusion,hemoglobinlevels are associated with menopausal symptom severity but are not a strong predictor. Other factors may play a more dominant role in determining the severity of menopausal symptoms.]]>
