Work environment and work motivation constitute factors capable of influencing employee job satisfaction at KSP Semarak Dana Mojokerto. This study is intended to identify and examine the influence of work environment and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at KSP Semarak Dana Mojokerto. This research employed a quantitative approach utilizing a causal associative design. The sample comprised 39 employees determined through a saturated sampling technique, while data were gathered by means of observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of SPSS. The findings revealed that, on a partial basis, work environment and work motivation exerted a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. This was confirmed by a t-value of 2.876 with a significance level of 0.007 for work environment, whereas work motivation yielded a t-value of 2.229 with a significance level of 0.032. On a simultaneous basis, work environment and work motivation exerted a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, as indicated by an F-value of 7.565 with a significance level of 0.002, along with an R Square value of 0.296. Accordingly, work environment and work motivation warrant attention in efforts to enhance employee job satisfaction at KSP Semarak Dana Mojokerto.
