<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of reward systems, punishment, and work environment on employee performance at CV Hafif Putra, Mojokerto Regency. The study employed a quantitative survey design. The population consisted of 40 employees, and a saturated sampling technique was used so that all employees became respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results show that reward has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t = 3.088; p = 0.004), punishment has a positive and significant effect (t = 3.314; p = 0.002), and work environment also has a positive and significant effect (t = 2.828; p = 0.008). Simultaneously, reward, punishment, and work environment significantly affect employee performance (F = 23.236; p < 0.001). The coefficient of determination is 0.659, indicating that the three independent variables explain 65.9% of the variation in employee performance, while 34.1% is explained by other factors outside the model. The findings indicate that integrated human resource management through fair rewards, proportional sanctions, and a conducive work environment is important for sustaining employee performance.]]>
