<![CDATA[Hospital pharmacy installations (IFRS) are strategic units that demand optimal organizational management for patient safety. This study aims to analyze the influence of the leadership style of the chief pharmacist and organizational support on the success of drug therapy through the performance of the pharmacy team at Melinda Hospital. Quantitative research with causal Associative Design and cross-sectional approach uses the method of gradual linear regression analysis through path analysis. The sample was selected using the total sampling technique for all pharmaceutical personnel in IFRS Melinda year 2026, which amounted to 48 subjects. Data collection using structured questionnaires Likert scale. Descriptive analysis showed team performance and organizational support were in the high category, while leadership and therapeutic success were in the sufficient category. The results showed that leadership style had no direct effect on the success of therapy (p = 0.098), but a significant effect indirectly through full mediation pharmaceutical team performance (p = 0.002). In contrast, organizational support had a significant direct effect on the success of drug therapy (p = 0.019), but did not significantly affect team performance. As an additional justification, simultaneous testing confirmed the shared contribution of all predictor variables to the variance of pharmacy team performance (p = 0.003). The performance of the pharmaceutical team acts as an absolute mediator for the effectiveness of the leadership of the chief pharmacist in the success of drug therapy. Melinda's hospital management is advised to optimize the participatory leadership approach and evaluate clinical indicators in order to boost the achievement of patient safety on an ongoing basis.]]>
