GKS Jemaat Waihibur is a single congregation located in Umbu Mamijuk Village, Umbu Ratu Nggay Barat District, Central Sumba Regency. GKS Jemaat Waihibur has 1,191 members. In GKS Jemaat Waihibur, the processing of congregation data, baptism data, data on congregations who attended the sidi, death data and marriage data is still done manually where the council will conduct data collection by visiting the congregation's house to collect data (Oktavina Ata Rabu as the Gospel Teacher). The congregation is given a form, the form contains personal data, then the data is recorded in a book or Microsoft Word or Excel. This study aims to design and implement a Website-Based Congregation Data Information System as a strategic solution for modernizing church administration. This system is designed to provide a centralized platform capable of managing congregation data and the congregation's ecclesiastical status electronically. The expected results from the implementation of this system are increased administrative work efficiency, higher data accuracy, and the availability of real-time reports. Thus, GKS Jemaat Waihibur can optimize services to the demands of information technology. The method used in this research is Waterfall, and testing uses Blackbox Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS). With this Congregation Data Processing Information System, it is hoped that it can help the secretariat in processing congregation data at GKS Waihibur.
