<![CDATA[The rapid development of information technology has driven various sectors, including tourism and hospitality, to undergo digital transformation. The Backyard Villa, an accommodation provider located in Tabanan Regency, Bali, still manages its reservation process manually through telephone calls and short messages, resulting in operational inefficiencies and data duplication. This study aims to design and develop a website-based reservation information system using the waterfall method. Data were collected through field observation, interviews with the villa owner, and literature review. The system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database management system, and modeled using use case diagrams, context diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). System testing was conducted using the black-box testing method with an error guessing technique. The resulting system provides features including real-time villa availability checking, online booking forms, automatic notifications via WhatsApp API, booking data management, and monthly transaction reports downloadable in PDF format. All 30 testing scenarios across both the public and admin interfaces yielded a conforming status, demonstrating that the system functions in accordance with the defined requirements specification. The system is proven capable of replacing the inefficient manual process, eliminating data duplication risks, accelerating booking confirmation, and improving the operational efficiency of villa management.]]>
