<![CDATA[At SMPN 2 Pancur Batu, there is currently no adequate facility to manage and facilitate the delivery of learning information to support students' learning activities, including the provision of learning materials and assignments and the submission of assignments online. The school still primarily applies face-to-face learning methods. When teachers are unable to attend classes, lessons may be canceled or limited to assigning tasks without direct supervision. Similarly, students who are absent cannot participate in classroom learning as usual. Therefore, SMPN 2 Pancur Batu requires a web-based mobile E-Learning system that can be accessed anytime and anywhere to support the teaching and learning process without requiring face-to-face interaction. The system testing results indicate that the E-Learning application facilitates students and teachers in conducting online teaching and learning activities. Teachers can deliver learning materials, assignments, and quizzes efficiently, while students can access them online. The system also provides grade feedback through parents' email, allowing parents to receive notifications regarding students' learning outcomes. Validation results from five teachers based on seven assessment items obtained a score of 72.5%, categorized as "Good." Meanwhile, questionnaire results from 25 students based on 18 items obtained a score of 76.5%, categorized as "Good." The media expert evaluation achieved a score of 89.3%, categorized as "Very Good." These results indicate that the developed E-Learning system is suitable for supporting learning activities at SMPN 2 Pancur Batu.]]>
