The Business Identification Number (NIB) serves as the primary legal identity for business actors in Indonesia, issued through the Online Single Submission Risk-Based Approach (OSS RBA) system. However, NIB application services at the regional level still face challenges due to disconnected information systems and manual document verification between DPMPTSP and related technical agencies, preventing optimal service integration. This study aims to design an integrated Enterprise Architecture for the NIB application information system to eliminate these inter-system gaps. The methodology adopts the TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM) framework, covering four main domains: business, data, application, and technology architectures, evaluated using the Enterprise Architecture Capability Maturity Model (ACMM) Score. The design yields an Enterprise Architecture blueprint connecting all stakeholders digitally. The ACMM evaluation demonstrates an increased governance architecture maturity from an average of level 1 (Initial) in the current state to level 3 (Defined) in the target state. These findings provide strategic IT governance guidelines for DPMPTSP to enhance service efficiency, data consistency, and ease of doing business.
