The decline in public trust resulting from the fraud case committed by By Ayu Puspita has caused prospective brides and grooms to fear using wedding organizer services. The purpose of this study is to analyze “WeddingMarket’s” digital branding strategy through Instagram and its website, as well as its contribution to brand awareness and public trust. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through interviews, observation, and document analysis. Data analysis utilized the Miles and Huberman model through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results indicate that WeddingMarket implements an integrated digital branding strategy through consistent visual identity, content planning, audience interaction, vendor curation, SEO, and coordination between Instagram and the website. This strategy supports the development of brand recognition, brand recall, and top-of-mind awareness among informants. The findings also indicate that digital branding can strengthen public trust when accompanied by concrete actions, such as vendor verification processes and providing assistance to victims during crises. Practically, this study can serve as a reference for professionals in the wedding industry in integrating social media and websites as complementary channels to build brand awareness and maintain public trust.
