The development of technology drives business transformation from pure online marketing information systems toward a hybrid information system architecture based on Online-to-Offline (O2O) strategy. This study aims to analyze the role of integrating O2O Information Systems (digital catalogs and online communication) with physical store display verification in reducing perceived risk and building consumer trust. This qualitative case study focuses on the implementation of O2O Information Systems at a baby equipment rental MSME, KennayaRenttoys in Yogyakarta. Primary data were gathered through in-depth interviews with 1 system/business manager and 6 customers (a mix of new and existing clients), structured observations, and transaction data flow analysis. Data were analyzed using the interactive model by Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The findings indicate that pure online transactions trigger high perceived risk due to temporary ownership issues, recurring hygiene concerns, and transaction certainty. The presence of a physical display store integrated with digital information channels serves as a credibility anchor and physical evidence. The integration of O2O Information Systems with flexible fulfillment options (direct pickup or local courier/ojol delivery) effectively mitigates risk, enhances trust, and drives positive Word-of-Mouth recommendations.
