<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the inheritance system of the Rejang Dahe Dance and its contribution in building the character of the younger generation in the Catur Traditional Village, Kintamani, Bangli, Bali. The Rejang Dahe Dance is a sacred dance that is passed down through generations through traditional mechanisms. Along with the increasingly strong currents of globalization and changes in the lifestyles of the younger generation, the process of inheriting local culture faces significant challenges, decreasing interest and time for youth in traditions, and the strong influence of popular culture. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the inheritance system of Rejang Dahe Dance is carried out through three stages: vertical inheritance, oblique inheritance, and horizontal inheritance. This inheritance process reveals character education values inherent in Rejang Dahe Dance, including religious, honesty, tolerance, discipline, hard work, creativity, independence, democracy, curiosity, nationalism, love for the homeland, appreciation for achievement, friendship and communication, peace-loving, environmental care, social care, and responsibility.]]>
