<![CDATA[Strengthening organizational capacity, especially in the Mosque Youth Association (IRMA) in Cibukamanah Village, is a strategic step to increase the role of the younger generation in social and religious life. Observations show that the activity of mosque youth only increases during the month of Ramadan, while in other periods there is a decrease in activity due to unclear management and individual busyness. Through the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, socialization, knowledge sharing, and dialogue activities are held to map problems and find solutions. The results of this service show the need to prepare a clear organizational structure, increase love for the mosque, and optimize youth participation. The formation of a new management with clear duties and responsibilities has the potential to empower mosque youth and make a positive contribution to prospering the mosque, as well as community development. The existence of an organized IRMA is expected to be a support for mosque administrators in carrying out social and religious programs.]]>
