This community service activity aims to enhance residents’ understanding and skills in the field of digital videography, particularly in the creation of promotional videos. The methods used in this activity included teaching the basics of videography, hands-on practice in creating promotional videos, evaluating the videos produced by participants, and awarding prizes as a form of appreciation for the best works. The results of this activity show that participants experienced a significant improvement in their understanding of videography concepts as well as their technical skills in shooting and editing videos. Additionally, the application of videography digitization is expected to help residents promote various products or community activities more effectively through social media.
