This research aims to analyze the utilization of digital data in addressing poverty and empowering the economy of the community in Lebak Regency, identify the challenges faced, and analyze the efforts made by the government to overcome these challenges. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques thru interviews and observations. Analysis is conducted using the Miles and Huberman data analysis model thru the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The focus of the research refers to Suharto's concept of community empowerment, which includes enabling, empowering, and protecting. Research results show that digital data, particularly P3KE data, play a strategic role in identifying the poor and determining the targets, locations, focus, and forms of government intervention. However, its utilization still faces obstacles such as the suboptimal validity, integration, and updating of data, discrepancies between administrative data and actual conditions on the ground, limitations in human resources, technological devices, and internet networks. The use of digital data can support empowerment thru the identification of community potential, determination of access to capital, technology, information, and markets, as well as the protection of vulnerable community groups. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen data governance thru field validation, periodic data updates, capacity building for officials, enhanced inter-organizational coordination, and the provision of adequate digital infrastructure. Thus, the utilization of digital data can serve as a basis for more targeted, transparent, accountable, and sustainable policy-making in addressing poverty and empowering the economy of the community in Lebak Regency.
