<![CDATA[Human resources are a strategic asset for an organization because they play a crucial role in improving organizational effectiveness and sustainability, one of which is through employee performance behavior. Employee performance is influenced by various factors, both internal and external, including training, career development, and competence. This study aims to analyze the effect of training, career development, and competence on employee performance at PT Sultan Perdana Raditya, West Jakarta Regional Office. This study used a quantitative approach with a causal associative research method. The sample size was 52 employees, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression using Microsoft Excel 2021 and SPSS version 26 software. The results showed that training had a partial positive and significant effect on employee performance, while career development and competence had no significant effect on employee performance.
