<![CDATA[This International Community Service Program (PPMI) aimed to empower the wives of dairy cattle farmers in improving household economic governance capacity through strengthening financial literacy and circular economy awareness. The main problems faced by the participants included limited financial management skills and the underutilization of livestock waste as an additional source of income. The program was conducted through training and practical mentoring using a quantitative descriptive approach involving 22 participants. The evaluation focused on sources of income, expenditure management, simple financial record-keeping, and livestock waste utilization.The results showed that all participants relied on milk sales as their primary source of income; however, 77.3% had no profit records or savings, and 81.8% had no cash reserves. Some participants had utilized livestock waste, such as manure fertilizer and worm cultivation, as additional income sources. After the training, 95.5% of participants were able to practice simple financial record-keeping and understand the economic potential of circular economy practices in supporting household economic resilience.
