<![CDATA[Agricultural extension institutions are primarily responsible for enhancing extension worker competency, introducing technological innovations, developing and disseminating extension materials, and supervising field activities. In Dengkol Village, Singosari District, Malang Regency a key region for sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.) cultivation this study evaluates the effectiveness of agricultural extension workers in supporting sugarcane farming and assesses farmer responses to these extension services. A descriptive quantitative design was employed, with primary data collected through questionnaires and interviews with members of the Dewi Sri Farmer Group. Data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and interpreted using an interval Likert scale. The analysis reveals that all variables influencing extension effectiveness performed exceptionally well. Specifically, extension frequency scored 78% (effective), while material quality (84%), extension methods (87%), worker competency (86%), facilities and infrastructure (89%), and farmer participation (89%) were all classified as very effective.]]>
