This study examines the role of economic law in regulating business activities and ensuring legal certainty. Economic law serves an important function as a normative framework that guides, restricts and protects various business activities so that they operate in an orderly and fair manner, in accordance with applicable regulations. In business activities, economic law regulates the relationships between business entities, consumers and the state, whilst fostering healthy competition and providing legal protection for all parties. Furthermore, economic law serves as a vital instrument in establishing legal certainty, particularly in matters relating to contracts, licensing, investment and the resolution of commercial disputes. The methodology employed in this study is a literature review, analysing various relevant legal sources, books and journals. The findings indicate that economic law functions not only as a regulatory tool but also as a guarantor of stability and trust in the business world. Therefore, strengthening economic law is essential to support a healthy, secure and sustainable business climate.
